"Three years ago we had a serious flood in the basement of our house. We got in touch with HF and he immediately swung into action, bringing in the appropriate professionals to deal with the water ingress, fitting a new membrane system and pump, reroute pipes and electrics, repair and refit a staircase, remove flooring and replace along with all associated work. The job took more than two months to complete but Hugh and his team were fast, efficient and about as affable, pleasant and polite as having workmen in your house can be. Inevitably, following major works, there are the inevitable snagging items but again, MRO were quick to address these.
