Our Story
MRO was founded in 2014 by Hugh Flanagan. With over 20 years experience in property consulting, design and build, Hugh’s great passion is offering a bespoke end-to-end service to produce great living and work environments for his clients.
Starting his property development career working for his brother’s boutique companies, 600 Cell Ltd and Grid projects, Hugh learnt the trade from the ground up and shortly began running his own projects, growing a portfolio of residential and commercial projects in central London.
Today, MRO is built on a diverse team, covering all disciplines with excellence, to deliver on every aspect of property consultancy, design and build. We are committed to the environment and sustainability within our practice.
We continue to combine the creative vision and collaborative client relationships with building the right team for the project, delivering on time and within budget.

By taking care of all design and build elements from inception to completion, we are there with you every step of the way, so you do not have to struggle with any decision alone. We believe the start point for any project is based on ergonomics and understanding the way a family or business operates. Working with new clients and getting to know how they live and/or work is essential for a creative, collaborative and rewarding process.

Our process
Face-to-Face Meeting
An initial meeting is the best foundation for a successful project. It is a great opportunity for both sides to get to know each other, understand the objectives, potential hurdles and whether we are a good fit for you.
Design Concepts
Working together with you we define the project with an in-depth brief and strategy plan. This includes visiting the site, understanding the project and outlining the budget. Concepts and designs are shared and finalised at this stage.
The Build
Development of the design and technical aspects. Construction begins with service agreements in place outlining deliverables and timelines. All projects are given 100 percent attention until the work is completed to your satisfaction, and our works are guaranteed for life.
