MRO was founded in 2014 by Hugh Flanagan, who brings over 20 years of experience in property consulting, design and build. Driven by a passion for creating exceptional living and working environments, Hugh set out to offer a truly bespoke, end-to-end service.
He began his career with boutique development companies 600 Cell Ltd and Grid Projects, learning the trade from the ground up before leading his own ventures. Over the years, he has delivered a portfolio of residential and commercial projects across central London.
Today, MRO is built on a diverse team of specialists, covering every discipline with precision and excellence. We are committed to sustainability and responsible practice, ensuring that every project contributes positively to both clients and the environment. Our philosophy combines creative vision, strong client collaboration, and carefully selected teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
